Our Behavioral Health Services
KAHAK Health Care Services is licensed to provide Mental Health Rehabilitation Services for children, youth, and adults as a Core Service Agency (CSA), as well as Substance Use Disorder (SUD) services for adults.
Comprehensive Mental Health Support
Diagnostic/Assessment Services
- Intensive clinical evaluation of mental health and substance use conditions
- Diagnosis issued based on ICD-10 Codes guidelines
Medication/Somatic Treatment Services
- Prescription, supervision, and administration of mental health medications
- Monitoring of side effects, interactions, and necessary medical interventions
Counseling & Psychotherapy
- Individual, group, and family therapy for behavioral and symptom management
- Restoration and enhancement of adaptive behaviors and daily living skills
Community Support Services
- Rehabilitation and environmental support to help consumers achieve recovery goals
- Building and maintaining a therapeutic relationship with clients
Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services
Substance Use Disorder Counseling & Therapy
- Individual, group, and family therapy sessions
- Group psycho-education to address addiction and its impact
Recovery Support Services (RSS)
- Strength-based interventions for addiction recovery
- Support for implementing individualized recovery plans
Clinical Care Coordination (CCC)
- Ensures comprehensive care by coordinating between behavioral health providers
- Treatment planning and communication across care teams for continuity and accountability
Drug Screening Services
- Toxicology sample collection, breathalyzer testing, and urine analysis
- Structured testing to monitor substance use with strict documentation standards
Crisis Intervention
- Immediate support during acute personal crises affecting recovery, health, or safety
- Flexible intervention plans to stabilize clients and maintain treatment progress
